Providing solutions and interventions that enable our clients in Government and Industry to address problems such as: Systems not functioning well due to lack of training and awareness of employees on their job roles and functions; Middle managers and Supervisors not having sufficient training, awareness nor skill in management, supervision and communications skills; frontline workers needing basic work-readiness skills. We have been building middle management and supervisory skills across government, private sector and NGO agencies to help them raise production and productivity. Clients come to raise standards in customer service. Through our certified courses, we teach staff essential principles in customer service delivery. Our firm was the first to deliver certified and international best practice principles to more than 1000 persons in Guyana.
